Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order on Christianaks.com.

Customers without an account can add items in the shopping bag and proceed to checkout.

Once an item has been placed in the shopping bag, the quantity will be indicated with “1” next to the shopping bag symbol.

How do I create an account at Christianaks.com?

Desktop: Click the person icon in the top-right corner and select "Create Account."
Mobile: Open the menu (three lines) and tap "Account" or "Login," then choose "Create Account."
Fill in your name, email, and password, and click "Create."
That’s it! Your account is ready.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, you may have the opportunity to remove an item from your existing order. Please note that any orders leaving the warehouse cannot be cancelled.

How do I change an incorrect shipping address?

You can change your shipping address for unconfirmed orders by contacting us here. 

Please note that any orders leaving the warehouse cannot to be redirected upon arrival.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Any items purchased through Christianaks.com can be returned or exchanged for free within 14 days of delivery.

The return or exchange must occur with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please note that return or exchange are only possible for items that are unused and are in their original condition. This includes original tags, accessories, labels, and instruction booklets attached, with packaging still intact.

What payment methods does Christian Aks accept?

We accept different payment methods. Please check out our payment methods below or at order checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours from the time you receive your Order Confirmation on business days.

Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. 

Will there be any additional tax or duties on my order?

To ensure you a hassle-free shopping experience, all orders, worldwide, are shipped after the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) principle, so no extra customs duty or value added tax (VAT) will be added to the price. The price you pay at checkout is the total price for your order.

Where do I get the return shipping label?

If you have an account at Christianaks.com and want to return an item, go to Account details, choose the order you want to return and select “Return this Item”. If you do not have an account, please fill in the Return & Exchange Form below. Once the form has been filed out, you will receive a Return Confirmation as well as your pre-paid shipping label. Print the label out and stick on the package

When will the refund take place?

All orders that have been returned within the 14-days period in its required condition will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that you can only return items by Christian Aks´s standard return shipping label. Orders returned by another carrier will not be accepted and therefore additional costs will be subtracted from the original refund.

The return is normally accepted within 3-7 business days on arrival to our warehouse. Please note that the time may vary depending on your payment method or time of the year. By the time your return has been accepted, we will proceed with a Refund Confirmation and start processing your refund.

How do I unsubscribe from Christian Aks´s newsletters?

You may, at any time, cancel your subscription by using the link (“Unsubscribe”) provided in all newsletters. You may also send a request to us.
