Any items purchased through www.christianaks.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that a return must be sent back using our pre-paid return label that you can request below. Make sure the parcel is securely sealed to avoid any damages.
The garment must be unused in its original condition. All hand tags, accessories, labels, instruction booklets must be attached to the garment. The shipping box must be in its original condition.

How to return your order

  1. Click the button below to start your return. You’ll be taken to the PostNord return portal.
  2. Enter your phone number and click "Fortsett" (Continue).
  3. Fill in your name, address, and email, then click "Fortsett" (Continue).
  4. Under "Mottakers referanse", enter your CHRISTIAN AKS order number (you’ll find this in your order confirmation email). Leave "Din referanse" blank.
  5. Click "Fortsett" to review your information. If everything looks good, click "Fortsett" again to confirm.
  6. You’ll now get a code to print the return label at a PostNord location, or you can print the label at home and attach it to your package.
  7. Drop off your return at your nearest PostNord drop-off point.
